Terms of Service.

We are partners in this process. You retain 100% copyright of your artwork; I own the production expertise. Because these items are custom-made specifically for you, returns are only accepted for manufacturing faults, not for change of mind. I aim to be as transparent as possible about lead times and quality.

1. Definitions

  • "We/Us/Our": Refers to OH Arts (Lisa Oh).

  • "You/Customer": The artist or business purchasing goods.

  • "Goods": The custom printed products (e.g., Tote Bags) ordered by you.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) & Copyright We respect your art. You retain full ownership and copyright of all artwork images you send to us. OH Arts claims no ownership rights over your designs.

  • By sending us your files, you grant us a license strictly to print them onto your ordered goods and, if agreed, to photograph the finished product for our social media (we will always tag/credit you).

  • You confirm that you hold the rights to any image you send us. We reserve the right to refuse to print material that infringes on copyright or is deemed offensive.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Minimums: Orders must meet the specific "Minimum Order Quantity" per design as listed on the product page (e.g., 5 units for Tote Bags).

  • Payment: All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • VAT: OH Arts is not currently VAT registered; therefore, no VAT is charged on our invoices. The price you see is the price you pay.

4. Production & Lead Times

  • Estimates: All lead times (e.g., "4-5 weeks") are estimates based on our current schedule. While we strive to meet these dates, OH Arts is not liable for delays caused by shipping couriers, stock shortages, or events outside our control.

  • Deadlines: If you have a specific deadline (e.g., a market date), you must inform us at the time of ordering so we can confirm if it is achievable.

5. Returns & Faults

  • Custom Goods: As these items are personalised with your specific artwork, they are exempt from standard "change of mind" return rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. We cannot accept returns if you simply decide you no longer want the items.

  • Faulty Items: If your goods arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault (e.g., stitching errors, severe print defects), please contact lisa.oh.arts@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the faulty units.

  • Handmade Nature: Please note that textile printing involves natural variations. Slight shifts in color or position (approx 1-2mm) are standard in manufacturing and are not considered faults.

6. Liability Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any indirect loss (e.g., loss of profit or potential sales) arising from a delay or defect.
