  • Ready to order? simply pop an email to lisa.oh.arts@gmail.com with:

    • Your full name & shipping address.

    • The product & quantities you need (e.g., "5x Northern Soul Totes").

    • Your artwork files attached (or use WeTransfer for large files).

    Bonus: After your first order, I’ll set you up with a custom digital order form so restocking in the future takes just seconds!

  • All products have a minimum per design. But the order itself can be a mixture of designs.

    Tote bags start with just 5 units per design. Price breaks are calculated on your total order volume, so if you order 5 units of 5 different artworks (25 bags total), you unlock the cheaper '25+ Unit' price.

  • We don't have a minimum order total. However, each product has its own minimum order quantity per design. For example, Tote Bags are a minimum of 5 per design, while other products may vary.

  • Yes! Check out our samples page to see what samples are available.

  • Yes! If you’d like any artwork templates, please send me an email and I’ll pop them over to you. Alternatively, you can see artwork dimensions for each product on our product page. If you need help setting up your artwork - send over your images and I can help :)

  • We batch produce our products every 2 weeks. Our lead-times run from this point, once all products have been sent to production.

    Different products will have different lead-times. Check-out our Print Schedule for a break-down of the lead-times for each product.

  • Shipping quote is for UK Mainland. Contact for a specific quote if you’re outside of UK Mainland.

    Up to 10 bags: £4.95

    10+ bags: £8.95

  • We’re currently set-up for UK trading. If you’re based outside of the UK and are interested in ordering, please get in touch and I’ll see how we can help!

  • All orders are paid up front. Once you place your order, I’ll send over an invoice. Once paid, the order is ready to be sent to production.
